Sweetlife Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Sweetlife Chocolate Cookies

Sugar Free Sweetlife® Chocolate Bake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
45 g soft, unsalted butter
90 g ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 g sweetlife® bake mix Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Method
Preheat oven to 160C. Line baking tray with baking paper.

Cream egg, butter, ricotta cheese and vanilla until pale. Add sweetlife® bake mix Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Blend on slow speed.
Beat mixture for 2 minutes on medium speed.

Pipe walnut size cookie dough onto trays.

Bake for 20 minutes. Leave cookies to cool overnight then store.

Makes approximately 24 cookies.

Push nuts into the dough if desired, or bake plain.
